CINCH continues to be fully maintained, enhanced, and supported. As long as your support and maintenance contract remains active, Greenstone stands firmly behind CINCH. You are not required to move to a new system. Your CINCH license is perpetual, meaning you retain the right to use it indefinitely.
Additionally, if you are an Intellego user, you are already using the CINCH platform, both powered by Greenstone. You can keep your business running, ensuring no disruption to your operations, by signing a maintenance agreement with Greenstone. Microsoft Dynamics Timeline
Microsoft has announced end-of-support timelines for Dynamics GP:
- December 31, 2029: End of product enhancements, regulatory updates (including tax updates), and Microsoft technical support.
- April 30, 2031: End of security updates and patches for Dynamics GP customers on a current enhancement plan.
Even after Microsoft’s support ends, Dynamics GP will remain operational. Greenstone will continue to provide full CINCH and GP support after that date. The only change is that we’ll no longer be able to escalate cases directly to Microsoft. Suppose we encounter an issue that cannot be resolved internally or through our ISV partners. In that case, we’ll work with you to identify the best next step—a workaround, an integration, or a guided migration to a new ERP platform.
