Greenstone Systems Expands Leadership Team with New Vice President of Facility

New executive role strengthens Greenstone’s focus on facility operations products and enhances support for customers across the agribusiness supply chain.

February 2026  – Alpharetta, GA – Greenstone Systems, a Cultura company, announced today the hiring of Allan Venters as the new Vice President of Facility Operations. This strategic addition reinforces Greenstone’s commitment to delivering innovative, integrated solutions that help agribusinesses streamline operations, improve decision-making, and operate more efficiently.

In this role, Venters will lead Greenstone’s facility operations portfolio—guiding product strategy, advancing technology integrations, and elevating customer experience across key operational systems used in grain and agronomy facilities.

Venters brings extensive leadership experience across Cultura and the broader agribusiness technology industry. He joined Cultura in 2015 as a subject-matter expert before leading sales for Proceres, a Cultura company. He later served as Director of Commercial Operations for Proceres, overseeing both sales and product teams. Most recently, Venters served as Director of Operations at Solentra and is now transitioning to his new role at Greenstone. His strong cross-functional leadership experience and deep operational expertise uniquely position him to deepen Greenstone’s capabilities and strengthen the design, delivery, and evolution of its Facility Operations solutions.

Late last year, Greenstone refocused its organization to better support customers, grow the business, and focus investment across its product lines. The new structure includes three primary business areas:

  • Business Solutions, led by Mary Tangen, Vice President of Business Solutions
  • Facility Operations, now led by Allan Venters, Vice President of Facility Operations
  • Emerging Products, led by Scott Dilts, Director of Emerging Products

Strengthening our leadership team and refining our organizational focus have been central to positioning Greenstone for long-term growth.

This structure allows us to be even more aligned with our customers’ needs, accelerate product innovation, and bring deeper expertise into each area of our business. I’m excited about the impact Allan will have as we continue building the tools that help agribusinesses operate with greater efficiency and confidence.

Duey Yliniemi, General Manager at Greenstone Systems

With this leadership expansion, Greenstone Systems continues advancing its mission of delivering integrated, mission-critical software that supports the full scope of agribusiness operations—from grain origination to facility management to emerging data and analytics solutions.
